Continuamos con nuestra serie de podcast, en la que alcanzamos la nº 105, la cual nos hace trasladarnos hasta Reino Unido, concretamente hasta la ciudad de Nottingham donde encontramos al señor Matt Flack , conocido artísticamente como G3CKO . Es un entusiasta del vinilo y que lleva en esto de la música electrónica durante la mayor parte de su vida. Su interés por la electrónica comienza escuchando temas como Oxygene y grupos como Visage, de la mano de sus tías cuando era niño, y mas adelante acercándose al sonido electro y a la música dance antigua de los años 80 y 90. Durante ese periodo fue cuando descubrió el genero del techno y su cultura. La forma en que la música y la fiesta se vuelven uno, y encaja perfectamente entre extraños bailando y disfrutando como alguna forma de tribalismo en un espacio audiovisual. A los 19 años empezó a jugar con los platos y a comprar discos siempre que podía y a día de hoy sigue aplicando la misma ética, como el bien afirma "es un estilo de vida, es parte de ti, es así de simple" ¡El vinilo tiene un elemento humano propio, puedes sentirlo en tus manos! Desde ese momento, ha estado involucrado en muchas fiestas y eventos a lo largo de todos los años. Estuvo al frente del programa/podcast Reptilian, que estuvo emitiendo unos 3 años, en el cual pudo contar con grandes invitados y en el que programaba música de todo el mundo. Durante estos últimos años ha estado centrado un nuevo proyecto, llevando el sello discográfico Solemne Records, que dirige con sus compañeros Cyd & Clefomat. Para este podcast, G3CKO72 nos propone un estupendo set donde nos muestra los sonidos con los que se siente mas identificado a día de hoy y cargado de mucho techno con cierto toque acido y oscuro donde podemos encontrar una muy cuidada selección y una gran tecnica en la mezcla. --------------- English: Continue with our podcast series, in which we reach number 105, which takes us to the United Kingdom, specifically to the city of Nottingham where we find Mr. Matt Flack, artistically known as G3CKO. He is a vinyl enthusiast and has been into electronic music for most of his life. His interest in electronic music began listening to songs like Oxygene and groups like Visage, from the hand of his aunts when he was a child, and later approaching the electro sound and the old dance music of the 80s and 90s. It was during that period that he discovered the techno genre and its culture. The way the music and the party become one, and he fits right in between strangers dancing and enjoying like some form of tribalism in an audiovisual space. At the age of 19, he began to play with turntables and buy records whenever he could, and to this day he continues to apply the same ethic, as he says "it's a lifestyle, it's part of you, it's that simple"! has a human element of its own, you can feel it in your hands! Since then, he has been involved in many parties and events throughout the years. He was in charge of the Reptilian program / podcast, which was broadcasting for about 3 years, in which he was able to count on great guests and in which he programmed music from all over the world. During these last few years he has been focusing on a new project, running the record label Solemn Records, which he runs with his partners Cyd & Clefomat.
