In today's special episode of our podcast, we felt a calling to deviate from our usual content and shine some attention to domestic violence. Earlier today, Tracey received a text from a client who needed to chat urgently. As Tracey has mentioned before, she has the privilege of working with people who have and do live with tremendous and unimaginable traumas. Kaitlin is one and today she said enough. Today she said I am ready. Spirit immediately guided Tracey to ask her to share her story via the podcast. Part of what a spiritual journey involves is an awareness that your pain is not just yours and therefore does not just serve you. If you are a healer blueprint, another HUGE part of it, is that your role as a healer will almost always be directly related to your pain. Kaitlin rang Tracey to tell her is ready, she joins us today to speak to, educate us on and move forward with graceful courage. In Australia- 43 women were killed in 2021. More than half were mothers. 8 women have been killed this year. So far today, police would have dealt with an average of 534 DV matters in Australia alone. 1 in 6 are women, 1 in 16 are men.
