This episode, Angelo and I talk about fitness. While I'm a nerd through and through, I've taken to weight-lifting recently and have been trying to improve my physical health by training. I follow a regiment, but for some people, a more flexible workout style might be preferred. Angelo also has experience with weight lifting and we discuss the importance of a trainer when first starting out, and a little bit about nutrition and supplements as well.
