This week Tori covers some breaking news from her hometown of Williamsport, PA and it’s not the good kind.

Trigger warning - this episode covers the alleged sexual abuse of minors by adults within Williamsport Area High School and the potential cover up of “student on student” sexual assaults by the school, the district, and with the alleged assistance of a now retired detective.

While several of the people discussed on this show have been formally charged, this is story that is in progress, and no one discussed in the stories this week have been found guilty at this time. We will be updating this story as details unfold.

While those with trials in progress have had their names released publicly, we are erring on the side of caution and using only their initials.

For the civil case that has been filed, we are using names as they are in listed in the public record and within the complaint. The civil case is also on-going and no determination of guilt or damages have been assessed to date. No criminal charges were filed.

As a reminder, there is a presumption of innocence until proven guilty and we are telling the story as it has been reported.
