In this podcast episode, I’m talking about the topic of dealing with uncertainty. I share personal experiences of facing uncertainty and offer simple tools to manage it effectively.
The human brain dislikes uncertainty and tends to create negative stories about the future to cope. The key to overcoming this is understanding that these stories are not facts and that you can handle any situation.
I reflect on my own experience of an upcoming surprise birthday trip organized by her husband, illustrating how embracing uncertainty and maintaining a positive outlook can lead to personal growth and confidence.
