With the raging pandemic also came the desperation to become more productive, more positive, more fit. A lot of us got caught in this mad hatter of achieving the ideal weight, the ideal self, the ideal us.

But you know what?

It’s okay if you haven’t made your body look like how you planned once all the shebang got over. No more body shaming. No more crazy diet routines and life-draining workouts. Just do your best.

Today’s episode deals with a very similar issue yet a polar opposite of it.

In simple words skinny shaming aka scrawny shaming aka body shaming.
