It’s the season finale so it’s the perfect opportunity to revisit the WRU Women in High Performance Programme. We invited back Dr Sofia Santos and Dr Kerry Harris who recently published paper that offers a view for the future of Women's coach education. Alongside Lisa Newton (Cardiff Met WRFC Head coach), who took part in the program, they discussed their experiences, challenges and frustrations of the current coach education landscape.
