When I read The War of Art some years ago it validated something that I had already begun to implement in my own life to a degree. It's the concept that each person, especially those of us who are attempting to create or build something, have a specific time of day and duration of time that we are the most creative. Further, that if you honor this 'peak creativity time' you begin to find that you are more productive and more creative as well.
