Flood your daily sight with positive thoughts and words. Cover your mirrors with positive quotes and create a vision board that you look at daily. Practice daily gratitude, this is the easiest way to stop a negative thought in its tracks and replace it with a positive one. No one wants to be around an Eeyore with a bad attitude. It can feel like you just want to curl in a ball and wait to be saved by a friend or loved one, but putting your happiness in the hands of someone else is setting yourself up for failure. Start to build up your self confidence by redirecting your negative thoughts into positive thoughts one at a time. Get your brain in a neutral zone and make decisions that are within your swinging distance so that you can start to bring up your batting average.
