We started our 5th Hair Salon in Scottsdale, AZ (Desert Blonde Salon) and have applied the playbook we have for The Salontrepreneur. We started this salon, new to the area, with ZERO Clients, ZERO Revenue, ZERO Social Media, ZERO built out, (nothing but a concrete floor) and built out a Luxury Hair Salon from the ground up. We're recapping our first month after a soft launch to the business.
