Eve Andry is an artist, a teacher, a mother, a sister and a daughter. She is also a survivor of childhood sexual violence. As a teenager Eve discovered artistic expression as a powerful way to express her feelings and emotions. Years later she discovered the sacred practice of Trauma-Informed Yoga and embarked on a lifelong journey of reconnecting with her body. For the past eight years, Eve has passionately shared her gifts of Therapeutic Art Facilitation and has made it her mission to gently introduce movement and mindfulness within her practice with students. She has also made it her purpose to offer her work within Trauma-Informed frameworks and is committed to always learning how to create more safe and inclusive spaces.
