The Latino Exit from Democratic Party with Eli "The Coffee Guy"
Manage episode 455987860 series 3584190
Eli “The Coffee Guy” is a recent Idaho addition, working in corrections and having moved from Southern California. As a hispanic young man, he was told a lot about what the world was and why he had less than other people. As a man, he finds the narrative he experienced to be incredibly inappropriate and limiting. He is also part of a broader movement of Latino and Hispanic communities moving away from the Democratic Party because, among other things, he feels the party no longer represents their values or a path to prosperity. His views were incredibly enlightening. Enjoy!
