Why would it be important to be a master of your state and emotions….
Often about 50% of my clients and students can't think of 10 emotions off the top of their head when asked to identify some without a bit of coaching.
And I’m not throwing shade, it just seems to be a symptom of the modern western world.
I mean what is an emotion anyway……
