Lucibel Nuñez describes herself as a Human who wears many hats and a soul with the drive to help humanity one person at a time.
Fitness has always played a big role in Lucobel’s life. So much so, that she was the owner/operator of a fitness studio for several years, but She had to close her doors during the pandemic.
It could have ended there, but she dig in amd made a huge life pivot and began offering her classes on-line to her community. She knew they needed her and she needed them more than ever during that difficult time.
While always being in touch with her physical body, she also began to recognize herself as a spiritual being as well. We talk about her spiritual awakening and being a QHHT practitioner came into her life (Quantum Healing Hypothesis Technique) 👽
🍄 While studying to become a QHHT practitioner, she tried micro-dosing with mushrooms. Lucibel had a profound experience with this combination; so much so that she continued to research micro-dosing and the positive effect it was having on people all around the world
