Our mental health affects all aspects of our lives; there is no greater impact than on our own productivity as employers, employees, spouses, parents, friends etc. When the conversation of mental health comes up, we typically talk about signs, symptoms, addictions, causes, and how to live with it; but we rarely discuss how our mental health affects our productivity levels. Tonight, we are joined by Lisa Zawrotny, the founder of Positively Productive Systems, host of the Positively Living™ Podcast, and a Productivity + Accountability Coach certified in positive psychology and stress management to discuss how our mental health and productivity are synergistic in our daily lives.
