We talk about his Journey through addiction, Suicide attempt and Mens Mental Health. Its amazing how Jiu Jitsu has helped save him. The dedication and perseverance that he has had with Mental Health is very good to see. He now spends time helping other Veterans with Mental Health needs with the Weed for Warriors Project. His journey with Jiu Jitsu is another remarkable one. About to hit that 80 match mark Kevin is a beast on the mats taking on anybody and everybody.
