We had the honor of sitting down with Charlie from Dicey’s Tavern in Nashville which is apart of the Land and Sea Dept, a restaurant group out of the Chicago, Il area. We had major technical difficulties for unknown reasons but Charlie was a real trooper throughout the whole process.
