He states that mobile home park owners must have a plan so they can be proactive instead of reactive.

It should be acknowledged that in the scope of real estate, it is not like studying for a test that either you pass or fail. In real estate, you should have so much power and control just depending on how much work you put into it. You should spend the time researching and educating yourself on it.
