Growing your revenues is easy, right? Hire more people and they will do more business. But there’s a problem. 82% of recruitment companies have less than 10 staff and half of those are solopreneurs. In other words, if growth was as easy as hiring people, a lot more recruitment firms would have more than 10 staff.
