In the episode '3 Ways the School System Can Improve With Hana Kandar'. Hana mentioned how she's a visible minority and is always told by her family to just take the high road. Similar to what Michelle Obama talks about saying 'When they go low, we go high.' But I'm here to say that that's the wrong mindset to think about from an evolutionary psychology and from a practical stand point.
Look I have nothing but love and respect to Hana Kandar and Michelle Obama and every victim who has gone through some form of abuse and/or bullying. But I want to get the message out there that we should all have some level of respect for ourselves by drawing a line in the sand to show that we take ourselves seriously.
