Burnout is something I think most women in my world have experienced at some point - which is NOT a good thing.

Today on the show I’m starting a conversation about burnout - as based on the response to my recent Insta shout-out, this is an area we need to focus more on.

I cover:

  • The specific type of burnout I see most often
  • My own experience of burnout 5 years ago
  • The 4 most common causes of burnout that I see with women in my community
  • What NOT to do in your business if you want to avoid burnout (and I assume you do!)
  • What to do if you’re already in burnout but work is super busy
  • How to spot the early signs of burnout
  • The immediate steps to get well if you’re in burnout
