We’re at that time of year again when people begin to think about their “goals,” or the things they’d like to accomplish in the New Year. Of course, there’s no shortage of pessimism when it comes to goal setting. Most of the time, change doesn’t come easy, does it? Where creatures of habit, even when those habits are responsible for poor results.
On the other hand, nothing beats the feeling of getting a “win” – even if it’s just a small one. Small wins go a long way towards improving our attitudes, creating belief, and building the kind of momentum that finally starts to change things.
By focusing on “micro-goals,” it may be possible for you to string together a series of wins and experience the kind of growth that continues to elude so many people in the entrepreneurial space.
