My friend Adriaan has been training me in Hell's Basement (his home gym) during these Covid times and it's as horrific as it sounds. Buuuut I'm getting in shape, and it's kept us both out of trouble - for the most part. We talk about how awkward we feel about actually talking about working out lol, but it's actually been one of the hardest and most satisfying things I've done. I'm 43 and can keep up with my toddler - mission fucking accomplished! Dig in folks! & shout out to publican for the deeeelicious beer and popcorn!!!
