Matthew Cowley has a degree in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Worcester and recently completed a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning at Loughborough.
Matthew is currently working full time as a Strength And Conditioning Coach with Tonbridge Juddians rugby team. As an ex- student of ours, Matthew shares his experiences and challenges growing up as a 'Third Culture Kid' in an international school.
Matthew co-hosts The Real Sport Science Podcast.
