Ryan and Christian welcome CCW (Combat Championship Wrestling) owner Chris Ramey to chat about the upcoming Red, White, and Bruised show July 8, 2023 at the American Legion #177 in Barboursville in which Ryan will come out of retirement to announce!
Afterwards, the guys get to it. Christian is FASCINATED by the new American Gladiators documentary on Netflix, Muscles & Mayhem: An Unauthorized Story of American Gladiators. So much so that Christian continuously mentions the hit documentary SEVERAL times (hence the title. LOL). The guys also discuss the new casting of Clark Kent/Superman and Lois Lane in James Gunn's new Superman: Legacy film, in addition to some rumors that Bill and Alexander Skarsgard as Lex Luthor. James Wan has come forward to say that his follow up Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom will be more of a stand alone sequel rather than part of any "universe", leaving some fans scratching their heads.
The Flash's failure at the box office continues to plague Warner Bros and DC, as the studio looks at a huge loss following the film's disappointment. Also, discussion regarding James Mangold's Swamp Thing having a gothic-horror feel, new looks at Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon courtesy of Empire Magazine, more allegations against Jonathan Majors as co-stars like Anthony Mackie come to the actor's aide, news on Tron 3, Spawn: The Movie, Mortal Kombat II and more!
