We speak with Riskified research analyst Reka Eszter Bodo, who shares with us what three years of looking into fraud patterns taught her about fraud victims. One issue we discuss is how fraud disproportionately targets marginalized communities, and how customer-facing employees can play a key role in making shopping safer for everyone.
