Welcome back to our tree house! We are The Fallen Fruit, and while we usually meet in a tree of pomegranates, today we are meeting in the family tree to join the collective discussion on lineage.
The north node is traveling through the sign of Cancer, which is bringing much emphasis in the collective toward our individual ancestry and lineage. Families are unique and deeply complex entities that intimately shape who we become. We discuss how we might both heal and honor our ancestors. The north node in Cancer also invites us on an 18 month journey lasting until the end of 2019 to learn to better nurture ourselves in the midst of a burnout culture.
Lynette shares a story about her Grandfather and surviving Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, and introduces Taino Dark Goddess Guabancex, goddess of hurricanes and transformation. Lynette and Stephanie dish about their Puerto Rican heritage.
