Maxim is the COO & Co-founder of Dott. Maxim was previously the GM for Wayfair Europe and built the initial Wayfair supply-chain operations in Europe. Before that he worked for 7 years for Decathlon in Asia, focusing on manufacturing and supply-chain operations. Maxim holds a MBA at INSEAD.
