Through her time as a mentee and a mentor, Alison has come to define a mentor as someone who can both show you the way and help you find your own way. She’s also learned that some mentorships can become toxic if they focus on high-pressure sales tactics instead of aligning with the mentee's true goals and personality.
• After fighting her way out of mastermind course addiction, Alison has learned so much about mindset and nervous system work and how it plays into one’s own business. She’s become a certified Somatic Coach, and even the clients who come to her for business coaching often find themselves drifting into mindset work over their time with Alison.
• Audience Borrowing is the most missed/under-utilized marketing tactic, according to Alison. It’s a great marketing tool and can manifest in a few different forms:
