Here are four signs that you may need to work on your culture:
- One of the most obvious signs is lack of engagement by your employees. Maybe even some of your leaders. And, lack of engagement can show up as poor performance, higher than usual turnover..and just a generally negative work environment. Does that sound like your place of employment?
- Second, is Toxic Behaviors: Negative attitudes, gossip, and other toxic behaviors can spread, damaging morale and productivity.
- Siloed Departments: Departments working in isolation and that shows up as lack of collaboration, inefficiency getting things done across the organization
- Resistance to Change: When you have a culture that is firing on all cylindars change is a lot easier. But, when you are seeing consistent resistance to change that is a sign that your culture may need some work.
