On one of my birthdays I gifted myself this incredible skill called mindfulness, and my life totally transformed after that.
This is my birthday month, and I am so excited to talk about the transformative power of mindfulness and meditation in your corporate life with my amazing guest, Mike Wiliams.
Mike Williams is the co-founding director of Direct Path Institute, a teacher and mentor of the meditation teacher training program, a meditation teacher and facilitator, and world-wide retreat leader. Mike brings over 20 years of public speaking and corporate training experience and is IACET (International Association for Continuing Education and Training) certified.
As an Electrical Engineer, Mike spent his career conducting training seminars, traveling the world educating industry professionals, and holds multiple patents.
Meditation is a fundamental aspect of his life and one that he looks forward to sharing.
As a certified meditation teacher and consistent student of meditation, Eastern philosophies, and modern approaches, Mike’s focus is on offering his knowledge and supporting students and clients through their journey.
