Just talking about how the "Child Support" agency does everything. I sent the payment due December 1st 2024 to the Florida State Distribution Group. My son that never contacts his father, and lives in the Foreign Country of Greece with his drug addicted mother turns 18 next month. The payment history I have says the last day of my support obligation is in December 2024. I have been planning on that date. I just learned that in order to stop the payment with "Child Support" I have to file a motion with the court on that case, so I did, and then it got referred to a magistrate. Furthermore, I just need to know if I need to attend a hearing and if so, then when? The payments on this case can all be verified over the phone and my attendance should be needed, they did not need me to start this judgement, that is for sure. So I have submitted a motion for termination on this case, and I am now just waiting for the court to respond to me via email.
