On this week's episode of The Building Manager podcast, I interview Michael (Mick) Bowley who is the Building Manager at Mantra on View, in Surfers Paradise. It is good to get the real perspectives of a Building Manager on the show and just what it takes to manage not only their team but their building. As a precursor, I am an owner in the building and on the committee but that is not the reason for the interview.
