They're wrong for a few reasons.
The first reason is that no one can do your business like you can.
The second, and equally important reason, is that so many business owners refuse to make client relations and customer service priorities in their business. You already outshine any 'competition' if you show up and show out for your customers. Kindness goes a long way!
