Hi there! My name is Kellyann Riley and I own Kelly's Barber & Beauty, a Barber-Salon Company in Ottawa Canada. I’ve been in the hair industry for over 15 years and have owned my company for over 10. What I wish I had when I was getting started was a mentor. Or at least some decent information on how to run a salon. This industry is a unique one, and traditional service and retail business building techniques don’t always work for us.
