In a career like ours, there often comes a time when you have to think about switching things up - whether that's to reignite your passion or make ends meet or whatever, the transition period can be difficult.I have a chat with my fabulous friend Emily Black who is now a qualified yoga instructor and runs a very successful events business called 2Fold Yoga with her business partner Daniela Rubino.
