For the first episode of Tell a Story we talk to Matt Brunt, owner and trainer at Advanced Sports Performance.
Matt is based in Wagga Wagga NSW and has a special gift in the way he can help and train young kids and help them achieve their goals.
Through fighting addiction, training in combat sports and now sports science, Matt now teaches these kids what it takes to be an elite athlete.
