The reality is the only reason we close more is because it's a good customer experience, and you're able to figure out if it's the right fit. That's all it is. Our first leadership principle at Drift is put the customer at the center of everything we do. And if you can show a great customer experience, when they show up on your website, they associate that with your brand and what you do and how they're going to be treated throughout their lifetime with you. And so that, like for us, is what we care about most for ourselves and how we present ourselves to the market, but also for our customers and how they present themselves to the market. So that's why our customer success is really important to us because we need to be able to teach the world how to build and deploy bots correctly because these are our customers and their brand that they're putting out there. So it needs to be a positive experience.
