I'm the Corporate Exit Strategist helping identify Black Employees identify toxic and harmful work conditions while also providing insights on when and how to take action and exit. Straight Outta Corporate is a platform that will share the stories and successful journeys of amazing Black professionals who have successfully made the pivot. Busting up some of the myths which cause folks to stay in racist and discriminatory workplace because they're waiting for the "right time" or "having enough money" to leave. Toxic and abusive workplaces is just like toxic and abusive partners but we advocate for people to leave an abusive mate immediately but expect employees in corporate to put up and shut up. Straight Outta Corporate is the Black Employee's lived experience of the Great Resignation and droves are exiting corporate spaces in records numbers.
