Dellez’s mission, is to bridge the gap between tall women and stylish clothing and to encourage women to feel good about what they wear, when they use their brand.
Adelle, holds a Master’s in Strategic Business and Information Systems; which she says contributed to her desire to find solutions to problems, by leveraging
Information Technology. Adelle, was able to use her skills to find a solution to a issue she faced personally, which was to find fashionable clothing for tall women.
In this conversation, Adelle shares about her entrepreneurial journey and how she has been able to build an apparel company for tall women. She gives insight to the manufacturing process and shares the importance of why business owners must learn and understand their sector in order to grow.
