Many clients ask ways to improve their home and make it more attractive to prospective buyers. We've compiled a list to share with you!

If you had work done on your home or paid a contractor for their services, keep a copy of the paid invoice. Buyers will want to see those invoices if they want to make an offer. Also, keep a copy of the unconditional lien waiver.
Most St. Louis municipalities require an occupancy or home inspection within the selling process. Although most sellers wait until the home is under contract for an inspection, you should complete this step ahead of time. An early inspection addresses any necessary repairs and eases up the negotiation process.

Finally, prepare a copy of your boundary survey ready for prospective buyers to review. Any related questions can be cleared up in advance.
