As you will learn, this is NOT a formula. It's meant to a guide you can use as you discover what crushing it looks like to you.
Additionally, I share why I decided to change the name of the podcast from Operation Upgrade to Spoke To Me.
I've been on this journey for a few years and have always wanted to call my show Spoke To Me.
It was in going through the framework that it became clear to me that this is the right call.
