When we are not in our power, we react as opposed to respond, to people and/or situations, known as "triggers". Vibrations are low when we are not in our power. Low vibrations have no positive benefits, but they can bring awareness to the fact that your VIBES need to shift, if you're low. It is at that point, when a decision has to be made as to whether you want to experience low or high vibrations. I felt a huge level of responsibility towards Nicholas's mental maturity, as today's date got closer to its arrival. There were a flood of emotions that I had to explore, in order to eliminate anything of low vibrations. All I could do was take one day at a time, with the intent of treasuring each day that I get to be Nic's mom.
