After caring for patients in the last 10 years, I talked a little about my conversations with my actively dying patients. We had beautiful conversations around life, the meaning of, and what they wished they would have focused more on.
What I learned blessed me, and helped me to get clear on what's most important for me in my life. I use the information they shared with me, to help my clients get centered on what they'd like to focus with their time Earth-side.
I wanted to share some of the insights I've learned as it will help you to realize the limited time we have here and to do an assessment on your life and if there are mindset you'd like to change.
We have one life
We have a choice on what we focus on
We can decide to be different at anytime
We get to decide what's most important
You are always 'deciding' even if it's unintentionally
