Do you ever wonder if your period is normal? If you period pain is actually painful enough to do something about or are you just overreacting? or if you are going to be forever bloated?

You’re not alone when it comes to these question because something I’ve recognised and come across with my friends, family and clients is that we don’t really know much about our period and what’s going on in our body let alone what is ‘normal’ and it’s not our fault, we weren't taught any of this and it’s only recently that people are paying more attention to the menstrual cycle and what happens each month.

I’m joined by Grace Hughes a degree qualified naturopath & founder of Santelle Naturopathy to answer all of these questions and more so we can understand what happens in our body each month and find out what is ‘normal’ for us in a 'no fluff' evidence based approach
