Welcome back to the Prescribing Lifestyle podcast. Today, I'm excited to share my personal experiences from a recent retreat I attended at Hazeldene in the beautiful Yarra Valley, hosted by Julie Bristow of Regenerate Rejuvenate Health Retreats.
