Maureen Francisco is the co-executive producer of NW Productions, LLC, a media and entertainment company that produces live events including the state qualifiers to Miss USA and Miss Teen USA for Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Maureen has mentored more than 1000+ contestants. In addition, she is the co-founder of an awards show that celebrates the pageant community at the international level,The Global Beauty Awards show, which is now in its 8th year. The GBAs has recognized the co-founder of WWE Linda McMahon, the former White House Doctor to three US Presidents Dr. Connie Mariano, Loreal's First Female CEO Jamie Kern Lima and many others.

In the midst of producing live shows, Maureen is also busy creating, pitching and selling nonfiction content. Furthermore, Maureen serves as a consultant to help brands and individuals get more media and speaking opportunities.

In addition, Maureen sits on the board of Ascend, a nonprofit that is about empowering Asian Americans to be the leaders of tomorrow. Maureen’s favorite role is being mom to Malachi.
