Please take this survey, it will help our area by defining the needs of the area from the actual residents and businesses. Below is the explanation for the Arizona Department of Housing and the links to take the survey. The Arizona Department of Housing is conducting a housing choice survey for the Arizona Balance of State. For this survey, the Arizona Balance of State includes geographic areas outside of Maricopa, Pima, Pinal, and Yuma counties and the cities of Douglas, Flagstaff, Prescott, and Sierra Vista. The housing choice survey is conducted every five years as part of the Consolidated Planning process required by HUD.
