During the 8-15-24 Town Council Meeting, the following two items were passed:

Public hearing, discussion and legal action for Ordinance No. 24-474 regarding a zoning amendment from R-Low to C-1 for 11.8 acres along the southeast corner of Show Low Lake Road and White Mountain Boulevard, and 19.2 acres from low-density residential to planned unit development.
