I am delighted today to be joined by a former client of mine, the most beautiful soul and one of the most incredible success stories that I have in my books. Victoria Henry is a primary school teacher with a passion to change the narrative for the next generation, so they don't have to go through the same pain that we did. She focuses on body image, she is the PSHE (personal social health education) coordinator in her school, and working with Body Happy Org, an incredible organisation on a mission to help the next generation to be one with positive body image.
